Are you suffering from weight gain, dry skin, constipation, or headaches?

If you are like many people, and suffer from weight gain, dry skin, constipation, or headaches, then you may have the symptoms of a thyroid that is out of balance.
Your thyroid is a small butterfly-shaped organ located at the base of your neck; it is, by far, one of the most important glands in mood control.  Because it regulates hormones, it is, literally, the master gland for regulating your metabolism.
Many people, particularly women suffer from a poor thyroid. This is largely due to excessive stress levels, radiation, and iodine deficiency. A weak thyroid occurs when there is either not enough or too much thyroglobulin protein. This is is what binds iodine molecules together to create hormones.
If you think that you are suffering from a poor thyroid, there are several ways to help support it ,including, but not limited to: extra sleep, glandular thyroid (Warning! Do not take this on a regular basis, or your body will cease to use it.), and last, but certainly not least, iodine. (Warning! Too much iodine is toxic and can kill you.)
