The most important thing to becoming healthy is a good diet, so I decided to make a list of ten things to avoid. (It may be easier to only cut out one thing each week, or month, depending on how you think you can handle it.)
- Sugar
- Carbonation
- High fructose corn syrup
- Sorbitol
- Caffeine
- White flour
- Canola oil
- Soybeans
- Pasteurized, homogenized, non-organic milk
- Food coloring

thank you for the advice Healthy Helperton! The only difficult one for me is No . 5, not that I drink alot of coffee but I do enjoy a cup of Joe in the morning!
