The most important thing to becoming healthy is a good diet, so I decided to make a list of ten things to avoid. (It may be easier to only cut out one thing each week, or month, depending on how you think you can handle it.)

  1. Sugar 
  2. Carbonation
  3. High fructose corn syrup
  4. Sorbitol
  5. Caffeine
  6. White flour
  7. Canola oil
  8. Soybeans
  9. Pasteurized, homogenized, non-organic milk
  10. Food coloring

  1. thank you for the advice Healthy Helperton! The only difficult one for me is No . 5, not that I drink alot of coffee but I do enjoy a cup of Joe in the morning!
